Making an Impact Across the Globe

Indigenous World Finance LLP is a Canadian based business with a global remit, headquartered in our offices in Kelowna.

Indigenous World Finance is a specialist financial advisory and consulting firm, assisting First Nations and business leaders find innovative and profitable businesses solutions, growing Indigenous businesses globally and connecting Indigenous organizations and entrepreneurs.

Established in 2018, Indigenous World Finance helps our clients consider options for economic growth and works with different funding sources to finance projects.

We are specialists in making business deals happen when projects involve one or more Indigenous partner(s). We specialize in:

  • Using our wealth of contacts to bring people together;
  • Solving problems and finding workable solutions;
  • Creating the documentation needed to finance a deal (feasibility studies, business plans, financial proformas, etc.);
  • Finding investors and funding; and
  • Structuring governance and leadership solutions, especially within communities.

We have a wealth of knowledge, contacts and connections, both in Indigenous communities across the world and within business communities.

No project is too big, however we focus on projects with a capital value of between $20-50 million where we maximize opportunities for entrepreneurs, investors and communities alike, either through start-ups, purchase or joint venture.

We help business leaders seeking to work with Indigenous communities and groups to target the best way of providing returns that reflect the importance of our values – fairness, respect and transparency.

Early projects show that we are capable of significant transformation in outcomes, with some communities seeing increases in profitability of existing businesses of over 400%.

We also specialize in structuring businesses, and their governance, to ensure we concentrate on not just building financial wealth, that four key aspects are maximized – Prosperity, Capacity, Infrastructure and, where appropriate, Nation Building, which is seen by our clients to be a real differentiator between Indigenous World Finance and other organizations that claim to benefit First Nations.

Our leaders are both seen to be leaders in their own fields, and have the personal skills to gain respect and the personal credibility and contacts to be taken seriously be that in Boardrooms, Community Halls or Minister’s Offices. We are committed to a long-term strategy of having a staff ratio of at least 50% aboriginal employees, and are also committed to capacity development within the communities and businesses we serve.

We seek interesting challenges where we can add significant value to your organization, company or community. We are confident that we can exceed your expectations.
